Payment

Payment for service is due on the day you are seen. Check and cash are accepted. For those who

purchase a package, payment is received at the initial visit that the package is bought.

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule a nutrition visit, the time is reserved for you. Scheduled appointments may be

canceled at no charge with a minimum 24-hour notice. Less than a 24-hour cancellation or missing

scheduled sessions will be charged. Alternatively, for those who purchased a package, the canceled

or missed session will be treated as if it were attended and you will have one less session available

under the package you purchased.
